I can not download Easara Home Office Suite, What should I do?

Q: I can not download Easara Home Office Suite. What should I do?
A: If you are unable to download Easara Home Office Suite from our website, one alternative would be to order a product CD. Please order a CD from here.

Q: Should I uninstall old version before upgrading to new version?
A: NO. Old versions can be upgraded to newer versions only through the Support Module within Easara Home Office Suite. If your upgrade isn't performed to our procedures, you risk loosing all your data and program functionality.

Q:
If I upgrade my version of Easara Home Office Suite, do I have to pay for new Licenses?
A: NO. The standard mandatory licenses is transferable to all future versions of Easara Home Office Suite. If new versions contain specific new features which are Licensed, then you will need to purchase additional licenses to use these new features.

Can I revert back to an old version if I need to?
A: We don't foresee any reason to do this but it is possible. please contact our support department for specific procedures.
