Auto Backups
Automatic backups has been created to provide you with an easy and reliable method to secure your data. Knowing your data is safe helps put your mind at ease. Every time you exit the Easara Home Office Suite application, you will be given the option to backup your data.
 
Backup Option

 If you have no backup files Easara Home Office Suite will force you to initiate a backup by only giving you a backup option, without the cancel option. A successful backup will return a healthy message.


 
If you already have backup files, Easara Home Office Suite will inform you how old your previous backup is. Is will then be your choice if you perform another backup. Easara Home Office Suite will keep a maximum of 5 backup files before overwriting the oldest file.
