Easara's Business Management Software and Accounting Software package comes with a built-in Job Card / Work Order Software Module.

Easara Home Office Suite Jobs module provides a built-in job software package or otherwise know as work order software package. The jobs module provides a system where you can record all the details relating to a specific job. As a result of recording all your jobs into the module, it allows you to create and print/email quotes and invoices using the quote software and invoice software.

The small business software records details like materials via the materials software package and also the amount of labour used on a job via the labour software. All the costs of your jobs will then be analysed by the accounting software where you can create professional business reports.

Job Software - User Interface

The job software module is split into 2 sections, job totals and job list. Job totals provide a quick interface into the total status of all your jobs. The job list provides a detailed list of the job status's, current and historical.

The features menu which is located at the top right hand side of the Jobs Software module gives you access to the built in features specifically designed for the Job software module.

Select this icon to create a new job card / work order.
 
Job Card

This is the heart of the job software module. Within this module you will find the quote software package, invoice software package, materials software package along with the labour software package. These software packages all work together providing information the the accounting software package. The jobs software package is one of the main features of Easara's Small Business Management Software and Accounting Software Package.


Customers Software

In the section, select your customers for the job card / work order. The selection is made from a list of customers you have entered in the customers module. Once selected all the customers details are populated into this job card / work order

Quote Software

In the section, the quote software lets you choose the type of quote you want to produce. Select your labour type, fixed price or hourly rate. Enter an estimate for the labour and materials. Print or email a quote to your customer.

Materials Software

In this section, the materials software records materials use for the specific job.  Select your supplier, type a description, enter a reference number, enter a price and quantity. select add VAT if you charge for VAT. Enter a percentage mark-up if you wish in the +% field. The Total price is shown on the invoice and is made available to the accounting software for producing financial reports.

Labour Software

In this section, the labour software records labour hours for each job. Select the employee and the amount of hours per day. Use the rate you pay to the employee or enter a new rate you charge your customer. These totals will be displayed on the invoice and once again used within the accounting software.

Planner Software

In this section, select the dates for the job. If the selected dates conflict with another job, you will be informed.

Invoice Software

In the section, the invoice software lets you choose the type of invoice you want to produce. Select your preferences and send or email to your customer.
 
Payment Software

In this section, the payment software keeps track of payments for the job card / work order. When your customer pays you, select the 'add payment' icon and complete the payment slip. Once the amount paid equals the Invoice Software's Total, you will be able to close out the job card / work order. When the payment is complete, the accounting software uses the totals for producing financial reports.
