The Employees Module core functionality is
to provide a record where you can store your employees details. From
contact details, employment details to personal information. The module also
acts as a main link to the manage time off module and wages module. Now
that we have started by receive positive feedback about our product,
we have optimised the user interface for ease of use, speed and
visibility. Our easy-to-identify icons will have you navigating
around this module within seconds.

User Interface
The employees
details are entered on the left hand side of the form. Holiday
entitlement is also entered via this form. The remainder of the form
is dedicated to the employees PAYE tax and National Insurance
details.

Menu Bar
The menu bar is
split into 3 sections. Record creation and selection, Record
Navigation, and Record Utilities.
Record creation and selection
Use these to create a new employee record. When trying to locate a
specific employee use the find icon to filter the list or simply use
the list all icon to view all records in a list format. The main
icon takes you back to the main customer screen.
Record Navigation
These icons navigate the records, first record, previous record,
next record and last record.
Record Utilities
The help icon opens the help documentation on the specific topic.
the print icon prints a screen shot, delete deletes the record, undo
undoes the record, save saves the current record and the home icon
takes you back to the main menu.

Features
The features menu
which is located at the top right hand side of the form gives you
access to the built in features specifically designed for the
customers module.

Manage Time Off
Select this icon to go to the Manage Time Off module.
Manage Wages
Providing you have a license to use this function, selecting this
icon will take you to the Employee Wages module.
Send Email
Providing you have entered an email address for your employee, this
icon will open a new email message in your email application.
Print Envelope
After selecting
the print envelope icon, you are presented with the print envelope
dialog box, where you can select the envelope type, select whether
or not to print your company logo onto the envelope. Also the add
option text gives you the opportunity to add additional text to the
bottom of the envelope.

Print Address Book
This icon prints a full address book of all your employees.
End Employment
Selecting this icon will end your employees employment within Easara
Home Office Suite. All the necessary paperwork like P45 will be
automatically produced. Once employment is terminated, it cant be
undone.

National Insurance Information
Enter your
employees NI number, answer YES or NO to the 5 questions, then click
the 'Check NI Table' button to find which NI tables Easara Payroll
will use for this employee. |
